🔒 Shipper's Responsibility & Address Verification
By providing the shipping details, you confirm that you have verified the recipient's name, address, and phone number and that they are correct and formatted appropriately for the destination country.
Despite our best efforts, delivery issues can arise from incorrect information. Please be aware of the following policies:
✅️ Address Correction Fee: If an address is found to be incorrect or incomplete after dispatch, a correction fee of NPR 5,000 per box/package will be charged to facilitate the update with our international partners.
❌️ Failed Deliveries & Returns: Hulak Express Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from:
· An incorrect or incomplete address.
· Recipient unavailability.
· Recipient refusal to accept the package.
In such cases, the package will be returned to our facility.
💲 Associated Charges: All resulting charges, including return shipping, storage fees, and fees for any re-delivery attempts, will be additionally billed to the Shipper. It is the Shipper's responsibility to provide updated instructions and settle all outstanding charges for us to process returned or held packages.
